A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms on our systems.

When you email us, we retain the message as needed to answer it. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.

Our servers receive routine technical information when a page loads, including:

Code Chapter 29B, governs access to records held by public bodies and does not turn this private site into a government records custodian. W. Va. Code §15-2-24 separately governs dissemination within the state's criminal-history repository system. For data held by us, you may:
